2016 Rural Health at the Crossroads — Summer Conference

Date: June 20-21, 2016

Location: Lubbock, TXCall for Abstracts for Poster Presentations

The 2016 Rural Health at the Crossroads: Building Bridges to Care conference is currently accepting abstracts for poster presentations. Posters may focus on original descriptive or analytic studies or explore policy issues in rural and community health. For more details on the conference, visit www.ttuhsc.edu/ruralhealth

Submission Deadline: May 6, 2016

Email abstracts to scott.g.phillips@ttuhsc.edu on or before May 6, 2016. Authors will be advised of acceptance upon review.

Conference Tracks - Poster presentations must reflect at least one of the following conference tracks:TelehealthCommunity Health Workers

Format Requirements: Submissions must include:

Title: A maximum of 10 words that describe your poster

Names/Affiliations: Contact details for all authors, including email addresses and phone numbers

Abstract: Summary of poster not to exceed 300 words. Posters should be no larger than 40 x 48 inches.

Do not use posters to market or promote any products or services.

Registration Fees: All presenters are required to pay the appropriate conference registration fee.

Poster Dates/Times: Presenters are requested to be at their displays during conference breaks. Tuesday, June 21

Break #1 - 9:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m

Break #2 - 1:45 p.m. - 2:15 p.m.
