Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) will conduct a public hearing, in accordance with Texas Government Code Section 531.0204(c)(1), to receive comment on the proposed Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) System Transformation. Oral testimony at the hearing will be limited to three minutes per speaker.Written Comments. Written comments regarding the Texas HHS Transformation may be submitted instead of, or in addition to, oral testimony until 5 p.m. on Jan. 22, 2016.
